Tony Borthwick Winner of the Scottish chef of the year 2005. Opened the Plumed Horse in July 1998 and very quickly established itself as one of the top Restaurants in Scotland. A small, intimate, village premises with quality being the hallmark, from the surroundings and table appointments, the reasonably priced short but select wine list, to what really matters in a Restaurant, that of the Food and produce used, for which strict quality control is employed.
