Park your car at Blairmore, and walk the 4 miles to what can arguably be called Britain's best beach. A gorgeous expanse of pink sand, bordered by dunes, flanked by cliffs, with a sea stack off to the South is what awaits you, and you very likely will end up sharing it with no more than the birds. Fabulous.
