Displays include a typical thatched croft house interior, a village shop, a school class room and one of the largest lenses assembled by the Northern Lighthouse Board.
Children delight in the working models, quizzes and hands-on activities. Researchers will find the archives and library invaluable. There is an on-going programme of events and exhibitions.
